“Great stay and the gym/pool/spa was clean!”

“Caution! This is not Country Inn and Suites. I got a good nights sleep.”

“I woke up with 20 or more bed bug bites. Also the lady at the front desk made me pay a 100$ deposit . That seems a bit assertive.”

“Toilet, shower and sink were clean. Bed sheets had over a dozen hairs in it. Toilet barely flushed. Bedside tables and desk surfaces weren’t clean. Floors weren’t clean. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Coffee quality was poor. Won’t be coming back.”

“Easy to get to. Pretty quiet for being next to a hospital. Beds were comfortable. Not an option for getting just towels and not having the sheets changed. So I just asked housekeeping for towels and hung the do not disturb sign. Parking in the attached garage was not included. Breakfast was decent. No vending machines and the selection in the lobby was over priced. Better have a streaming service at home to connect to as the tv selection was pitiful. Close enough to the zoo. “The cleanliness of this hotel was phenomenal! All of the staff were exceptionally polite and courteous. Special kudos to "Savannah" who answered my first call to the hotel, and proceeded to help me with any requests we had after arriving. This hotel is the first one I have ever experienced that offered requests via text messages! The pool was a bit cool at first but my daughter said she felt warmer the longer she was in there. The hot tub.. emphasis on *hot* can melt away any pains you have. I...
