“They were awesome. Breakfast was included everyday we were there to as well. Everything was clean service was top notch. Whenever I’m back in Glenwood this will be where i’m staying again.”

“Hotel was run down . When there was an over 6 hour power outage they did nothing to help guests. We eventually left as there was no information about power outage. I had to go into dark basement to get my wet wash out before we left. They did nothing offer any kind of assistance, credit or refund for the inconvenience would not recommend for many reasons”

“Vi var en familj med tre vuxna och två ganska stora barn som reste tillsammans. När vi kom till vårt hotellrum saknades det en säng åt ett av barnen (en dubbelsäng och en bäddsoffa fanns). Det fixade personalen i receptionen smidigt. Hon tipsade oss också om olika restauranger i närområdet. Vi tyckte att det funkade bra.”

“Cute hotel and good location. I liked that they had hot water available in the lobby for tea along with gluten free waffle mix. The room was typical. There was a full length mirror outside the bathroom which is great for sharing space. The shower liner was not long enough so water overflows into the bathroom and soaks the floor. The hot tub wasn’t working correctly. It was warm but no bubbles. This is one of the amenities I look for, so a bit disappointed. The gal at check in was great....
