“We only stayed one night.
*The room had a noisy air conditioner.
*There was a bad sickening smell likely from that carpet cleaner they use.
*The bathroom door was really squeaky and noisy.
*Every lamp in the room had dead AC outlets.
***The real downer was bugs in the bed***
We had to strip the bedding and spray at 1:00am from being awakened by bugs crawling on us.
Never again!
Avoid this place.

“This Springhill suites was not up to our expectations based on our experiences with other Springhill suites in the past.
The conditions were rundown, and the bathrooms were not clean. We had to use our own Clorox wipes to disinfect. We saw two cockroaches in one room. The pool was murky, and we were unable to swim in it. We do appreciate the working luggage transporter to move our luggage upstairs.”

“The reservations were mixed up, went to room and it was infested with roaches. Disgusting very unhappy very bad experience would NEVER refer anybody to the hotel.”
