The house impresses with its size, brightness, and coziness, featuring a spacious open area and charming shutters on both floors. 3 parking spaces are available right next to the house. The beds are suitable for people with allergies. The open-concept kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a stove with a ceramic cooktop, an exhaust hood, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, an electric kettle, and a large refrigerator with a spacious freezer—ideal for larger catches of fish.

The upstairs bathroom features a hair dryer, a large LED mirror, a radio, an electric towel warmer, a bathtub, and a shower. The bathroom on the first floor is also equipped with an LED mirror, a radio, and a separate walk-in shower in the sauna area (sauna with infrared cabin).
