âReceived a wonderful greeting upon check in by Dawn, was very informative and friendly, making (very late) check in a breeze.
The room was specious and clean. We travelled as a family of 3, and had plenty of room.
Breakfast was plentiful and all areas were cleaned and maintained to a high standard throughout. As soon as dishes were finished with, the staff were quickly removing and cleaning tables.
Would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family and will 100% be visiting again.

âExcellent location just off the M6 motorway, staff were very friendly and the room was very clean and comfortable. Shower could have been a bit more comfortable. The only thing i dont understand is the ÂŁ5 charge for Parking. The hotel has its own grounds outwith the main services parking so the only people using the car park are hotel guests. Its at a motorway services so no one can access the hotel without a vehicle so the extra ÂŁ5 for parking is a bit of a joke, I would feel better if it was...
âEntrance outside the accommodation, bin over flowing with rubbish, loads of butt end cigarettes on the floor. This was from Thursday to my leaving on Saturday. Shower in room 9 full of mold, showered else where. The breakfast staff are fantastic and also the quality of the food, my only suggestion is, give a good quality egg. This was the only let down on your fantastic breakfast.â
âGreat shower and bed and clean room, easy to park, crazy to have 3pm as check in, to late and 10.30 checkout, to early, but it goes that way in the world, Ok affordable rate for quality but way to expensive breakfast which make it ok but nothing more.
