"Horrible!
The family suite is NOT the same as advertised in the images. Outdated and rough furniture, not clean at all.
On two separate occasions, we discovered live insects on the bed. Both times, the insects were found on freshly made beds following housekeeping and linen changes, but in different rooms within the apartment. Furthermore, we found an used band-aid patch in our clothes after we called room service to clean!
In hindsight, this also explains the strong chemical odor that was present in the apartment upon our arrival. The smell was overwhelming and made it very difficult to breathe, which we initially found extremely unpleasant and concerning. It now appears likely that this odor was related to an attempt to treat or mask the pest issue.
Word of all, we stayed here for 6-7 nights hoping that it would be the same as the pictures. At least the toilets were clean but thatâs it.
The host became unresponsive after highlighting these issues."

Poolen fungerade som ett fÄgelbad för duvor, ohÀlsosamt enligt min uppfattning.

"My dad and I stayed at Oakwood in their 2 bedroom apartment. We were really happy with the hotel. It is in a great area with lots of restaurants close by, a large mall, and wonderful staff. The room was fully equipped with washer, dryer, dishwasher, and a full kitchen. I would definitely stay there next time i come to Vietnam."
