“Great hotel, great service with Valet and getting to the room. Clean and tidy. Nice room, silent, AC was et to 66 F which to us Europeans is freezing - but that was easily solved. The only setback was the elevators that took forever in the morning The surroundings offered very few breakfast places though. And the breakfast menu at the hotel was insanely expensive.”

“Great set up. Well stocked with what we needed. Unfortunately on the alley beside our room there is a metal grate covering a hole in the road which makes a loud banging noise every time a car runs over it. We and other couples who stayed there had difficulty sleeping due to this. ”

“Good spot, the room was clean, and the service was friendly. Simple details like the bathroom curtains looking a bit dirty, having a dirty balcony, but overall it was a nice place. I slept well, and it was pet-friendly. They had a private parking lot, which felt safe. ”

“It was a wonderful room. Breakfast was late for us. We are awake at 6 am. Breakfast was at 9. We were out of the hotel by 8 am.”

“There was no bar inroom. No complementary bottles of water. The system was down then we arrived. The staff did supply free drinks from the bar and were very accommodating. The entire place is understaffed. One ply bathroom tissue. No USB plugs in the room for phone charging. Sparse amenities. Rooftop bar is nice but also understaffed. Valet understaffed. ”

“Staff was friendly and resolved keycard issues instantly. Room was clean and so was the rest of the property. My only two complaints were the bathroom door being kind of annoying (sliding glass door) and the bed was rather stiff. Other than that, I would not mind returning for my next trip to the Cincinnati area. Great stay with plenty of restaurants nearby.”

“Just nice hotel with comfortable beds”

“The air conditioning was noisy, and the view overlooked a dirty rooftop. The shower was difficult to use because the hot water was scalding while the cold water pressure was very weak. The pillowcases and towels even had holes in them. I stayed here about six years ago, and the property was much better maintained back then.”
