“Stayed in 410. There was a noise from the roof all night long. The room’s entry way was sticky and the glasses in the room were dirty. Probably best to offer disposable cups. The room was modern, not like the old tired rooms you find at other hotels in town. I really wanted to give this new establishment a 5 star rating but because of the noise all night long, I cannot. When we first checked in the front desk was very kind and helpful. Offered us a drink of our choice and offered free play...

“On arrival parking was atrocious, directed to another lot, while it was hailing. Front desk clerk was not helpful at all, had a bit of an attitude and did not assist with assigning a proper room. The hotel appears newish. Half the rooms are on the busy highway, and windows do not block sound. My friend stayed in room on the old Main Street, and was woken by horses walking by at 530. In other words, do not expect a quiet room. The shower was lacking, it looked fancy but was not very good with...

“The bed was comfy but bathroom area was not adequate. No shower and toilet in a room smaller than a portable outhouse. ”

“It took a while for someone to come up to front desk to check-in and there was not a bell to ring. Also, it seemed most of the stairwells down went right into the casino which is not ideal with a child, so we had to walk back up and take elevator.”
