Hi Cheryl, I am sorry that you did not have the best experience at our property! I am also discouraged that after all of our communications, none of them being any concerns about the property, that you have chosen to write this negative review. I will go through each of your points: - Your stay was for four nights, we provided toilet paper and soap and other supplies as a courtesy to get our guests through the first few days. Supplies are not provided for guests entire stay. We had several rolls of paper towels, toilet paper, and dish washer pods. It is up to our guest to provide additional supplies for longer stays. This is communicated on our profile and is no different than any other Short term rental. This is not a hotel. We also charge a much lower rate than other properties that sleep 14 people and are on the river. We feel that this is reasonable that we cannot provide supplies for large parties for longer stays. - Regarding the fridge and freezer, I am shocked to hear that, I would have loved to have come and inspected the fridge and taken care of anything that might have been over looked. However we did not hear from you. In addition, I have a cleaning crew as well as a property manager that walks through the property on each turn to inspect the cleanliness. Therefore I am shocked that there were any issues. In addition, there was nobody working outside this property but at the house next door. And the handy men that were next door are only there for a few hours during the day and not even there every day. - The drawers are perfectly clean as you can see from our other reviews that we do not have any other concerns about cleanliness. Every guest that stays here talks about how clean and wonderful our properties are and thank us for keeping the prices low so that them and their families can have great vacations. I am sorry that you felt like you could not talk to me about your concerns but It is a shame that you chose not to talk to us and instead you left a negative review on our property and the hard work that my staff and I do to make sure you have an enjoyable stay.

Hi Erika, I'm sorry to hear that you had this experience. We have our maintenance person check, maintain and treat the hot tub 3 times a week, so I'm not sure why you had this experience. However, if you had told us your concerns we could have been out there within an hour to fix the issue. Toenail clipping from a prior guest is highly unlikely as we vacuum and mop the floors between each guest; especially near the table as these are dark hardwood floors. Additionally, we have a property manager that walks through each cleaning to ensure all things are clean. Nothing like that was reported by you or any other guest we have had stay at our places. Regardless, I will be sure to communicate your concerns with our cleaning staff. I want to encourage you to reach out to the host with your issues if they come up in the future, as if they care as much as we do we will make amends.

Sorry, KK. I’m so sorry the spa was not working when you stayed. We did everything we could to fix the jacuzzi in time for your stay. The main board fried and due to the lack of electronics it took almost a month to get the replacement parts. This was due to the shipping crisis we are experiencing. We also looked into buying a portable spa but those were not available locally and had the same issue with getting it here in time and honestly the reviews for the pop up spas were terrible. Brad was a great guest. We will welcome him back anytime. Unfortunately, the hot tub broke down just before his stay, and it took us a couple of days to get it repaired. He was understanding that sometimes we can't control these things.
