Great breakfast and very good dinner at restaurant The Vue on top floor number 15. Great views from there. Were upgraded on 2 of our 3 rooms and the large balcony in room 111was great.
Walking distance from central Cape Town but do make sure you use the right directions.â
âStaff showed excellent training in customer service. Food was excellent including presentation. The bed was very comfortable as we slept way past our normal sleeping hours! The hotel is surrounded with shopping and has a variety of restaurants. Cost of everything is half of the prices in USA. We highly recommend staying at the Canopy Hilton in Longkloof!â

âThe hotel is lovely but you can not be disabled or over sized it has a nice atmosphere but we could have got more information from the reception about the restaurant and the surroundings. The breakfast could have some improvements but the staff was interested and fixed what ever problem you could have. The reception could have also informed that there are pool towels to borrow. âBoth med and my colleague gave our business card and specifically asked to get the company details on the invoice. Next day they had not done so and it was an 20 min wait in order to get it added. Perhaps not the worst thing that could happen but we got the feeling that the check in people didn't want to add it themselves.
The rooms we got were facing inwards which was not nice.
The toilet seat were worn out and was peeling off.
The water in the shower were filling up on the floor.

"I had an unfortunate experience during my stay when I injured my foot on a small sharp object that was sticking up from the floor just outside the bathroom.
While the maintenance team promptly came up and fixed the issue, I was disappointed that no one followed up with me afterward to check on my well-being or provide feedback regarding the incident. I would have expected more appreciated more attention to this matter. "
