“Charming and tastefully decorated, immaculate. Room spacious enough. Desk staff was pleasant and helpful. Continental breakfast was basic but nice (great coffee, toast, bananas, pop tarts). Only two relatively minor issues. Water pressure in our room wasn’t great, and the window unit that provided heat was very noisy. Would definitely stay again!”

“Vackert designade byggnader. Fint nyrenoverat rum, tyst luftkonditionering dom man lätt kunde ha på nattetid, tre olika pooler och shuttle till stadskärnan. Det enda tråkiga var att vi inte gick rummet vi hade bokat, utan ett enklare. Detta kompenserade hotellet genom att ge oss valfri tillgodo såsom parkering/ frukost eller i vårt fall presentkort i hotellets affär. Detta debiterades tyvärr vårt resesällskaps rum. ”

“What a treat to get to stay in a historic building in Colonial Williamsburg! Our room at the old tavern was very comfortable and we loved taking our morning cup of coffee out to the back porch and then walking through the still streets. In addition, the staff at the Williamsburg Inn went above and beyond for us during our stay. When we discovered that the rental car wouldn’t start in the morning, the check-in staff sprang into action. Our bags were tucked in a secure place and they drove us...

“It was very clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast had a good selection. The only thing was those AWFUL triangle luggage carts? Our luggage fell of going and leaving. A mess. I will likely never go back just because of those awful luggage carts. ”

“Desk staff were amazing. Rooms were small, sufficient for our needs. Quiet and comfortable. We weren’t there much. But gave us all we needed when asked. Unsold stay here again. ”

“The site seemed understaffed and the maid service was less than great. We would walk in with the sheets covering the bed, but the beds not made. We asked for extra towels the forst day there and they never came. We did get them the next day though. There was one lady running the show at breakfast and she was lovely, but couldnt keep up with the demand of the busy breakfast crowd. There was no milk, forks, butter or eggs at one point. I felt sorry for her it seemed too much for one person.”

“Spark is a nice mid level hotel. The rooms are small and hard to maneuver in. When we walked into the room the cleaning crew left a bottle of cleaning chemicals on a side table that I did not notice at first, I don’t have a small child but if I did I would’ve been concerned. And our A/C rattled so loud it would wake me . Prolly won’t stay there again”

“Upon checking in we were highly encouraged to sit through a presentation to join the Timeshare linked to the property. Breakfasts would be served for those who are interested, otherwise no breakfasts available on a daily basis. We did get a list of local restaurants that were close by and some with delivery options. We were given a map to the room and discovered we were in a Colonial King Guestroom. Being on a ground floor is ideal since we were traveling with a pet and had paid a pretty hefty...

“The biggest problem that ruined the stay was the mattress. The mattress was sunken in and prevented us from getting adequate sleep throughout our stay. The pillows were also very sparse/flat and difficult to use effectively. I don't believe the fan was working in the bathroom because after a shower there was condensation everywhere.
