You have access to the whole condo with the exception of 2 locked closets.

There is a storage cage in the parkade for your outside gear, a lock is provided.

I do not live on site but can be contacted at any time via the messaging system.

✦MOSQUITOES✦
Golden is located on the Columbia Wetlands. One of the largest intact wetlands in North America. Unfortunately this means we live with some mosquitoes in the Summer. Please be aware and come prepared with bug spray, thermocell devices and long sleeves. Do not leave doors or windows open without screens and avoid dusk outings if sensitive to them.

There will be a $500 fee charged if garage and entry door fobs are not returned to the condo at the end of your stay.

Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind allowed on patio or in the unit.

✦OUTDOOR GEAR✦
Please use storage locked provided for outdoor gear and do not bring into the unit.

Please keep pets off the beds and furniture. Clean up after your pets and do not leave alone unattended in the unit.
