The contemporary interior includes clean lines, natural light and comfortable spaces. The top floor boasts a spacious master suite with king bed and a panoramic ensuite bathroom. The main floor has a bright open-concept living room with wood burning fireplace, television and games table. With a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, and spacious outdoor entertainment area, there is plenty of room for socializing and relaxation. The lower walkout level features a large media room with wet bar as well as access to the covered scenic hot tub area. This floor also has a second king bedroom, full bathroom and third bedroom for children of all ages with two custom made, double bunk cubbies.

The Golden Hour offers a unique Canadian wilderness experience with its expansive windows and large outdoor areas. Guests can witness deer on the doorstep and bald eagles soaring above the trees, truly immersing themselves in the natural beauty of the surroundings. This property is a 5 minute drive to Golden Skybridge Adventure Park, 10 minutes to the town of Golden and 25 minutes to Kicking Horse Mountain Resort. Nearby Kootenay, Yoho and Revelstoke National Parks and within an hour to the iconic Banff National Park.
