“Great hotel, everything was perfect. Beautiful architecture of the building, 4 big and clean pools, tasty and fresh food. The pool bar has everything you wish for to drink and the barkeeper is very professional. The main restaurant for the all inclusive is high level gourmet. The staff was friendly, nice and helpful. “We had a great time and a positive experience in general. The location of the hotel is perfect - close to the beach and the main strip. At the same time it's in the quiet more family-oriented part of the resort and it was quiet at night. The food was quite nice as well and there were beer, drinks and ice-cream/snacks throughout the day. The negatives - this is not a 4 star hotel. It looks and feels more like a 3* hotel. On the balcony there were rust spots and bird poo which was not cleaned....

“The hotel is in a good condition, clean. Used towels are changed every day and the sheets every 4 days. Restaurant is clean and the personnel is very well trained. Good WiFi in our room. That's the good part. Now the bad part. -Over-crowded small parking, parked cars almost glued to each other at their directions.
