“Room assigned turn out not matching as on the reservation. Rooms are too small, there are not enough space freely to move around.”

“We stayed at this hotel for three nights, and from the very beginning we were truly impressed by the warm welcome and professionalism of the reception staff. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room, the comfort, and how clean and well-maintained everything was. The food at the hotel restaurant was absolutely delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The additional 50% discount on food encouraged us to choose the hotel restaurant for all our meals,...

“Magiskt”

“gott bemötande och väldigt bra rum för priset. bekväma och rena sängar”

“Amazing time!”

“Steps to Sapa Sun Station. The staff are so kind and go out of their way to ensure you have everything you need. Breakfast is to order and delicious. Had beef pho every morning and some of the best in Sapa. Laundry turned around quickly and neatly folded and perfect. Stayed in huge deluxe room 404 with private balcony and extra bedroom. Theres a terrific Vietnamese fusion restaurant at the bottom of the (steep) incline. Highly recommend.”

“Very nice”

“Vi bodde på Eden Boutique tre nätter och är väldigt nöjda. Personalen var mycket trevliga och hjälpte oss även att boka utflykter. Frukosten som ingick i rummet var också toppen. ”

“I had a great experience during my trip. The place was clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location. The staff were friendly and helpful, and everything was well organized. I especially enjoyed the atmosphere and the local food nearby. I would definitely recommend this place to other travellers. If you are planning a trip, I suggest booking in advance and spending some time exploring the surrounding area. Overall, it was a memorable experience and I would be happy to come back again.”

“Clean”

“Väldigt trevlig personal som hjälpte på bästa sätt trots att de ej kunde engelska. Bodde dock kackerlackor i badrummet och sängen var stenhård ”

“We had a fantastic stay at Sapa Yen Hotel! The view from the room was breathtaking. Sun in the reception was amazing, she was really nice and helpful. Sun served us breakfast in our room in the morning when we slept in late and also helped us book the bus for our next destination. We felt really welcome and would really recommend this hotel when you visit Sapa!”

“Personnel désagréable, à peine bonjour, on a vraiment l'impression de les deranger. Environnement tres sale. Hôtel cher pour ce qui est proposé. Je ne reviendrai jamais dans cet hôtel. ”

“Property was beautiful exactly what we were looking for. Staff and breakfast were lovely. The room was immaculate and very clean. We loved our stay. Will be coming back hopefully again soon.”
