Hotell nära Golf Club at Cinco Ranch

“The updated room was very nice. I appreciated the newness of everything. The floor never seemed.like it was completely clean. The shower, while very lovely, was very slick and there was nothing to hold onto. As a senior citizen I did not want to fall. Also, when I.booked the room I did not realize that this was more of a "motel" style facility with no enclosed doors. I was disappointed that each room door opened to the parking lot. Lastly, there were, what seemed like some noisy children jumping...

“Perfect with two king beds and a large sofa bed for a family with three kids. Bubble bath, micro wave, 2 mega tv:s. The ventilation was not good and windows could not be opened. The dryer in the laundry room was broken, but they had a good breakfast and overall it was the best hotel we had out of 6 this vacation, all the same price level. Good price for this quality.”

“The staff were amazing, but the experience was the total opposite. Booked a room with two beds and pull out couch. When we were finally done with our tournament and checked out the room (at midnight). The pull out couch had a sign that stated it was out of order. The front desk attendant was amazing and switched us to another room. The hotel its self was hot, the breakfast was limited to items, and I was also charged ten dollars for no reason. ”

“The hotel stay was disappointing overall. The bed linens appeared very old and worn out, which affected the comfort and cleanliness of the room. Additionally, the washroom layout was inconvenient, as the hand basin, faucet, dressing mirror and countertop were detached and located outside the bathroom area instead of inside Also, it’s close to highway noise from vehicles. Terrible basic breakfast served across adjacent sister hotel. You have to walk across to next building What concerned me...
