âNice rooms. They look like they have been upgraded recently. Very spacious. You can see by the elevator and stairwells that the property is very old. However the rooms looked very modern and new. Was very clean. I had no problems with the staff, however I did overhear one of the staff get really uppity with another customer and didn't think it was appropriate for the problem. The breakfast could use a little more imagination other than fried eggs and under-cooked sausage. I would stay...
âKaren is amazing!! But all of the staff were great and so helpful. Iâm in a weird situation and an extended stay hotel is safest for me right now and cost effective. Theyâve been wonderful with communication and making me feel at home. â
âEverything was juat what we expected just for a 1 night stay. Everything was clean in the room. Only thing is the representative that checked us in looked like she didnt want to work, no smile what so ever. Other than that, no complaints.â

âI don't have any complaints about my stay here but I wish I could've stayed longer. It was a quality experience. Carpet and floor was clean, bathroom was clean, good water pressure from the shower and kitchen area. Small kitchenette to cook at your leisure. Bed was very comfortable, big plump nice pillows for good sleep. Ac was fantastic. Nice washcloths and towels. All amenities were in good condition. TV and wifi available. I loved it and hope to see them again in the future.â

âEverything is clean. It's a little older but well kept and charming. The pool area and the huge Jacuzzi with the powerful jets is amazing. Hands down the best staff around those 3 young ladies that work the front desk are what hospitality is supposed to be like. Great job ladies. Thank you all so much !â

âThe check-in took far to long was not good.
10 minutes for a prepaid room at 11pm is not OK.
The room was prepaid and all my details when I booked the room. Why go through the process again. Plus the staff was not used to dealing with international guests I assume. I don't know about American ID but Swedish IDs does not have a living adress on it. I don't think any EU IDs does. This was a problem which lead to I had to write down my adress on a separate paper for the person to enter nto his...
