"Well designed hotel BUT very badly managed. The staff just deals with situations all the time but it seems the management is un-interested. We had issues with everything, toilets, floor, locker, paint in the room. The guy who came to fix our toilet cleaned the toilet with a shower towel. Incredible stuff. "
