"All personal var fantastiskt vänlig, uppmärksam och serviceinriktad. De måltider (frukost inkluderad i priset) var mycket god och genomtänkt med stort urval för alla. En rakt igenom fantastisk upplevelse från det att vi klev ur bilen vid ankomst, tills det att vi kom till flygplatsen vid avresa (vi använde oss av hotellets transport vid avresa)."

"Mr Sheik is a friendly face that greets you upon arrival. All decked up in his attire, he welcomes you to the property and assists in any way he can. All Staff members at the front desk are helpful at check in and in aiding with suggestions to restaurants or anything else that one desires. Housekeeping and room service staff are all extremely polite. Wonderful experience. "

"I have stayed at this hotel several times before and they are always nice, attentive and accommodating. Same this time. However, there were two things that brought down the rating this time. One was that I was given room 2 0 8 which is right next to the Metro building. I asked straight away if it would be disturbing at night. Oh no was the answer. In mid night I was woken up by the noise due to the Metro building and it continued for a few hours. The next day I was allowed to change rooms and they upgraded me to the suite free of charge. Which of course was nicely done! But they should never have sold room I got at first. The other thing that happened was that I barely had time to land before I had a scam message saying that my payment had not gone through. All my booking details were in the scam message. I have contacted the hotel about this but have not even received a response. Sad because I actually like this hotel but the fact that they do not take the fact that they were hacked seriously made me book another hotel next trip."
