“The hotel needs updating. The room smelled of smoke. There was no hair dryer. Had to ask for one. Saw a few bugs. Shampoo only, no conditioner or lotion.”

“I was planning to stay for a few weeks while relocating, but I left after just one night. The first room I was assigned was filthy, so I was reassigned to a different room. The staff was helpful and accommodating; however, the new room wasn’t much better. The elevator didn’t work, and the hallways smelled like wet dog.”

We stayed here for a regatta on the river which is about a mile walk through an industrial park. Not walkable to any shopping but plenty of stores and restaurants within driving distance.”

Seemed better at first but then realized our sheets and bedding were visibly dirty and seemingly never changed from previous guests' stay. When we called the front desk they had nothing but attitude for us and told us "well I can't change your room AGAIN." We didn't ask for our room to be changed, we just wanted clean sheets.
