“Everything it was okay ”

“I needed a hotel room close enough to the airport after my flight was canceled due to weather conditions. It did the job. Typical American motel. Large room with outdated furniture but brand new TV and bathroom. I was welcome by a cockroach in the bathroom. Overall cleanliness is below average but I've seen worse.”

“Stayed for a night and it did the trick, but it’s pretty run down and the clientel seemed noisy. They have a breakfast, but you must ask the woman behind the counter for what you want. No self serving buffet like other hotels, which feels really cheapish. It works for a nights stay, but I would look elsewhere if I were to be in the neighborhood again. ”

“We wish the HVAC system worked properly because it seems that it would turn off once it reached a certain set temperature leaving the room practically without fresh air coming at other times. Also, there was no staff around and it was impossible to buy any drinks at their bar after hours, we actually tried to no avail. Otherwise everything was great! ”

“Location of the hotel is great and right on the beach. However if you are looking for a good nights sleep don’t book this hotel. The walls are as thin as paper and if your neighbor is having a normal conversation it is like they are in your room, you even hear if they are watching tv. Roomservice starts knocking on the door at 8 in the morning and since it is so noisy all the rooms hear it. ”

“We upgraded (paid extra) to reserve a higher level room. This turned out not to be an upgrade because when we arrived we realized 1 of the 2 elevators was not working. Later we were told 1 elevator was out because it hadn’t been inspected as it should be. After we arrived, checked in and settled in to our 9th floor room, we were notified BOTH elevators were out. We reached out to the front desk and were asked “you can’t take stairs?” From that point on, elevators were repaired and then back...

“HVAC system in room worked for two days. Rooms are not cleaned daily. So the trash we accumulated stayed in the room until we placed it outside the door. Food was ok, really like the unlimited access to coffee, water and Tea. Ice is only on the first floor, ”

“DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!! We went to our room and was absolutely disgusting. THIS PLACE HAS BED BUGS. We were in the room for 5-10 minutes max and found bed bugs crawling on us after we left. Floors were nasty hadn’t been cleaned, was dirt or feces on the floor. Found what appeared to be blood in a couple spots of the room. Carpets hadn’t been vacuumed and were covered in dirt. A bunch of hair in the shower and toilet paper roll hadn’t been changed. Mold on the ceilings of the room. We booked...

“The location and pool area were great. Our room (especially the floor) were not the cleanest. It was almost as if our corner room, were forgotten about prior to arrival. Unfortunately, there were no dressers in the room so our clothes remained in suitcases and in chairs the 5 nights we were there. So…the location was great, the pool are was clean and well kept, but the actual accommodations in the rooms were very disappointing. The front desk team were very nice and helpful…the cleaning team...
