“2026 and this hotel does not have a smart tv. Not that we spent a lot of time watching tv, but at night after a long day of hiking we would like the option of using streaming services. Had to watch my team play Thursday night football on prime on my iPad. Other than that property was clean and well maintained. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was premade breakfast sandwiches, waffles, bagels, cereal, fruit, the usual.”

“Trevligt hotell och trevlig personal. Rent och snyggt!”

“Amazing experience! Super friendly staff. Saved us a lot of grief during the power outage because they have their own generator 10/10 highly recommend”

“Clean nice”

“Luftkonditioneringen fungerade tyvärr inte och det var därför mkt bristfällig sömn.”

“Me pareció increíble la vista y la calidez del lugar”

“Great stay and great staff! Everything was comfortable and the setting was beautiful. Really enjoyed chatting with the staff. Conveniently located to Zion as well and affordable! My biggest wish is that there were some kitchen utensils supplied so I didn’t have to waste single-use plastic utensils.”

“Everything was great:)”

“The Riv was a beautiful, quiet spot with great views. I could tell everything in the space was well thought through and intentional. We split our time at Zion between the Riv and another hotel closer to Springdale and I found myself missing the private setting of the Riv. Their customer service is wonderful and Melissa was very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend the Riv!”

“Room was clean and comfortable. I would stay here again. The price was right.”

“Amazing, 3 bedrooms all with connecting bathrooms! Perfect for families traveling together”

“Super clean and spacious room. The night was quiet but you can hear very loud trucks in the morning. The walls are also kind of stark which is just a personal preference but even one piece of art would add so much to the rooms.”
