“Good location but it gives you a feeling of staying in a budget hotel… despite charging good amount for stay, the hotel does not offer basic amenities in the room like slippers, tooth brush kit, soap etc You will have to ask for everything!! Toilet seats are too small and uncomfortable- it’s kids size only so anyone with good physique and height will feel very uncomfortable! Overall 3 star experience - could have been better as I have stayed in much better hotels in Palampur. This place is...

“5 Star Indian, but with some definite things to consider before booking. First they play Better Together by Jack Johnson across the hotel on auto-repeat. No gaps, no songs in between, you can guess the next song... Better Together... well except for at breakfast. There you will get a tight repeat of a Krishna Yoga Tune inside and Jack on the patio. The yoga music has no gaps and repeats the same phrases again and again until you want to scream. I'll get back to the subject of breakfast in a bit....

“Turned up in Dharamshala, get to hotel, has not existed for 2 years. Clearly been sold and rebranded. Yet somehow Hotels.com managed to book us a room. Absolutely unbelievable. $25 Onecash credit compensation for 3 rooms, 3 adults had to rebook somewhere else at walk up rates and this is what Hotels.com thought was appropriate compensation. Comical incompetence. ”

“A bit away from the central market but very peaceful. It is mini tibet. The rooms are spacious. Hotel serene. Staff very helpful. Ms. Rupali receptionist, ms. Cherry, himmatbhai and all restaurant and room service staff polite and always helpful. Food needs little improvement. Every room must have hot water geyser or boiler. They have solar connection for hot water but it takes time to get hot water. In house laundry is an advantage. Rates are reasonable for all services. We have stayed there...

“The rooms were pretty decent but had issues with the bathroom exhaust which was not working properly hence emitting foul smell in the room. Breakfast was not at all upto 4 star standard in terms of spread and taste. ”

“Staff were fab and extremely helpful. ”

“I stayed hotel the crown and liked overall”

“Hotel much lower to the star rating they have .. doesn’t look like a 4 star… rooms in terrible condition, acs not working ”
