“Before arriving I sent an email requesting airport pickup that I never received any answer to, and when calling they ensured me that there was a frequent shuttle service from the airport to the hotel and that there was no need for a private car. When i arrived at the airport there were no cars there from the hotel after I called again they ensured me one would arrive shorty after. The car arrived 30 minutes later. “Everything was really good. Some things could be improved; food and drinks are expensive compared to "normal" prices. No safe boxes in the rooms and you hear everything from the hallway and the other rooms. With that said, rooms were very comfortable and the internet super fast!”
