“The staff here was very friendly, especially Rose. They helped us get last-minute balloon, ride and other activities schedule. The room was very spacious and unique. The breakfast was plenty. We like the rooftop bar and Sunset view from there as well.”

“The room and all the hotel was clean and tidy. We were welcomed with tea and coffee by friendly man at reception. The breakfast was very nice and the staff were so nice and friendly. Our room was made up each day, clean towels, bins emptied and everything thing replenished. We rented a car and had parking just outside the hotel. We had a very happy stay here and would totally recommend to other traveler's.”

“The hotel was perfectly located—just 3-4 min walk into the town. The staff was exceptional in terms of friendliness and responsiveness. Of the 4 mornings we were there, the hot air balloons went in flight just 2 days (due to the weather). And 1 if those days, they came right next to the hotel! (Select the balcony room if you can get it!) Incredible experience! The only negative was using the hotel transfer. We had issues upon arrival and departure. Other than that, highly recommend! ”

“The host is amazing, we had being planning for a year, we were in constant communication with our host, arranging transport to/from airport and driver for two days. Everything went stress free, always helpful and thinking. Host arrange for sandwiches for us when we left because we could not utilize the breakfast. Book them, you will enjoy it.”

I was lucky in being assigned a room with its own patio area right outside the room (right above the hotel's reception / office). There are many nice little touches to the decorations all over the hotel, including inside the room.”
