The 45 sqm apartment is part of our 'Rezidencija Joksimovic,' a family-owned residence where we also live. Located within the same building as our family home, we offer a welcoming and cozy atmosphere to all our guests, perfect for those seeking a nice and quiet stay. Whether you're a couple, a family, an explorer, or a digital nomad/expat, you'll feel right at home here!

The apartment includes a cozy bedroom featuring a comfortable queen-size bed and a spacious wardrobe to store your belongings. The bathroom offers a convenient walk-in shower, ensuring a refreshing start to your day. The living room is a relaxing space where you can unwind and socialize, with a well-equipped kitchen and a dining corner where you can enjoy home-cooked meals. An additional person can stay in the living room, using a sofa bed for sleep. We provide an additional mattress for it, which is 180cm x 100 cm in size when set for sleeping!

We've taken care to provide all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Stay connected with our high-speed Wi-Fi, beat the summer heat with air conditioning, and enjoy your favorite shows on the TV with access to over 160 channels.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, toaster, and a Krups coffee maker. Perfect for preparing delicious meals! Additionally, there's a washing machine available for your convenience.

The apartment looks out at the new Golubovci center square with a small fountain and playground for kids. One of the highlights of our apartment is the patio with a calming view of our backyard. You can relax and soak in the peaceful atmosphere of our outdoor chilling area, surrounded by a fruit orchard and vegetable garden. Please note that we have dog Charlie living outside, adding to the warm and welcoming ambiance.
