“It's very dark when we arrived, but actually just 6.30pm. Staff is so friendly and English support. Great interior, good sleep and well-prepared. I do like the movable partition to separate between shower area and bedroom for privacy when dressing outside the shower booth. Also, help bedroom less noisy from toilet sound. There's no restuarant here, so no breakfast and dinner available at the hotel. Most of restaurants around here are closed when we arrived. However, there's convenient store...

“A small hotel but very cute settings. Have a playground for children. Room is very clean, comfortable beds. Staff is very helpful. We stayed at the 2nd floor. There is no elevator, but the staff help us and have the luggage delivered to our room. ”

“The tablet check-in does not work, and it also failed for other guests the day before and in the same day. The provided phone number is unreachable. The building is a design failure—calling it “noisy” is an understatement, as every word and footstep of other guests is noticeable. Communication with the accommodation is only possible via email, and no assistance regarding noise issue was provided. The rooms might look nice in theory, but in practice are poorly executed without any soundproofing. ”
