“Room and facility was great. But the lack of a staff member at night resulted in kids playing in the halls and making a lot of noise. No parents around to keep things quite and this disturbed guests. The hotel should ensure the kids use the rec rooms, not hallways. ”

“They allowed us to check in early- with no fee. Staff was so kind and quick thinking when we got there. Our toddler stated she needed to use the restroom and the woman at the front desk gave my husband a key to the bathroom ASAP- even before we checked in. Hotel was clean- EVERYWHERE!! Very happy with the complementary breakfast also! Staff was constantly moving to make sure it was fully stocked at all times! We will be back! ”

“Our family had a great stay here ! What stood out most about this hotel was the incredible manager. Every interaction was positive—helpful recommendations, quick responses, and warm smiles throughout our stay. It’s clear Tim takes pride in the motel and making guest feel special . We stayed and skied next door at pats peak . The location could not have been more convenient .
