“Nice and quiet I stayed 2 weeks only had issue with housekeeping once with cleaning completely, they have certain days they clean weekly stays. I informed front desk and it was handled ”

“The bedroom and entire first floor living area was clean and nicely appointed in period decor. The self-check in process was simple and convenient. Lastly, the staff went above and beyond to find and quickly mail back my forgotten prescription eyeglasses to my home address. Will definitely stay here again if visiting the pioneer valley. ”

“This was a grand old mansion that was well cared for. The room was lovely, warm and comfortable. There was one other couple staying but we never saw them. The morning breakfast bar was more than adequate and the coffee was delicious. There were several sitting rooms on the first floor which were sunny and relaxing. Parking was right behind the house and keyless entry worked very well. This was a lovely location and I wish we had more time to stay there.”

“I personally loved everything about the hotel. You walked in and it was very clean and the staff was super friendly and very informative. The room was very clean and spacious and the Wi-Fi was fast and there was no buffering. The breakfast was really nice and yummy. There were free, orange juice and 24 hour hot chocolate and coffee which I liked. The hot tub was amazing on my joints and in the hot tub. “Found dead flies in the beds and the sheets were stained. I would not expect much from an inexpensive room but I do expect it to be clean.”

“We booked our 'deluxe' room based on Expedia positive reviews but I have nothing nice to say about this hotel... When we arrived there was no one at the front desk, and when got to our room it was freezing so we put on the heater which was very loud through the night... In addition, the walls are so thin I could hear my neighbors word for word and footsteps over my head late night and starting at 5am, plus the garbage trucks at 6am.
