“There was no one at the desk when we were trying to check in. There was a line waiting and I called the number shown at the service desk and it just rang back at the desk. I finally called again and the clerk came in from outside. He never apologized for not being there and acted like we were an inconvenience. He was also speaking so softly that he had to keep repeating himself. I have stayed here in the past and never had a problem. I hope the guy was just having an off day.”

“Our room was very clean, spacious and well appointed with a Keurig and refrigerator. The shower had great water pressure and the bed was comfortable. Our room (5th floor) had a beautiful view including a view of the horse track. The bar drinks were very good and not watered down. Olivers was closed so we ate at Eats and it was decent. Service was good and bartenders at the Center Bar were friendly. Would definitely recommend and will return.”
