âWe had a wonderful 7-night-stay at MonteBay Perla. Perfect location for a family trip (5km outside of Kotor, with a little beach right in the front of the hotel), nice and kind staff, free parking at the hotel (very practical as we learned that parking can be a nightmare around the Bay, at least in July), magical view from the restaurant, the room was fresh, spacey and clean (we had a Junior Suite in the upper building) with a nice, big balcony. The location is about an hour walk from old town Kotor but is a pleasant coastal walk or a 20 minute taxi drive. ( but avoid the midday heat / traffic in summer)
We found the hotel ideal for time out from the busy old town and the crowds when the cruise ships arrive. â
âThis is a little pearl and the service is great. The staff is very attentive and even though we had some issues checking in the professional service really compensated for this. The outdoor pool is very small, and from the picture you think it will be bigger. However the beach club is quite mesmerising! The spa is nice and so are the spa services. There are some issues with transportation, traffic issues to do the overall infrastructure, a big way to improve this for the hotel is to partner up...

âLovely place, and amazing service! The location is at walking distance from old town (15 min), but it's also a place that's nice to stay at for a full day. The only downside we experienced was the lack of an actual beach - the free access to sunbeds were great, but the pontoon by the restaurant was a bit shaded and it'd tricky to jump around if you wan't to catch the sun the full day. â
âLovely staff made all the difference. We arrived early just to drop off our bags and head back out but they immediately offered us to take breakfast and coffee/tea whilst we await a taxi. Rooms are really nice and modern, comfortable and quiet with a lovely view from the balcony.â
âModern resort with strong Puerto Banus vibes. Porto Montenegro as an area is newly developed and growing with lots of luxury residences, hotels and restaurants. Best area to stay in in Tivat. Hotel amenities and services were great, friendly and hospitable staff, great common areas, amazing breakfast (and breakfast hostess was so friendly!). Pool area is (a bit too) large and lounge poolside music was way to loud to be relaxing.
We loved our stay but will sadly not return due to the clientele....
