“We arrived and found the original room to be small and not big enough for the two of us, after a brief chat with Rhonda at the front desk she upgraded us with a great attitude and understanding. The room(s) were clean, the staff very helpful and the WiFi worked well. It was too chilly to hit the pool - but every morning the pool guy was out there keeping it clean. It was a great stay and our 3rd or 4th time there.”

“Location was great for Acadia National Park. Breakfast is lacking, a lot of things are out of order or unavailable. Breakfast staff was seen disregarding proper food safety in regards to changing gloves after exiting the restroom and practicing hand hygiene before dealing with food items. After politely asking the staff to change their gloves, they argued with us and then confronted us once again while we were sitting at our table eating breakfast.”
