Quiet & Cozy Cabin In The Poconos Mntn w/lots of community amneties Pet-friendly

Located in the heart of the poconos mountain. This beautiful 5beds, 3baths with two formal living rooms with wood burning fire places. A sun room that can be used for yoga or conference depending on your desire. Two large decks equipped that includes outdoor dinning and pellets grill. Very spacious apartment that can easily accommodate 10 people. WiFi is accessible throughout the entire house. Two smart tv’s.

Please note that guests under 21 cannot be the primary party responsible for booking.

Spacious with lots natural lighting and two outdoor decks. Each room has at least one window. Second floor living room has a vault ceiling with two skylights windows. The place has two formal living with wood burning fireplaces giving lots of common spaces to congregate with your guests.

Gated community. You will get access through security gate. The place has a circular driveway capable of up to 6 cars storage. No street parking.

The house is equipped with the two split ductless AC systems. It has remote control and a thermostat on the main floors and each bedroom for your convenience.

COMMUNITY AMENITIES (optional addt’l fees for passes, paid on-site): Indoor pool, seasonal outdoor pool, kayak + paddleboard rentals, splash pad, tennis courts, pickleball courts, volleyball courts, clubhouse w/ ping pong + pool table, sauna, fitness center

Noted: When you purchase the amenity passes, the community provides you with tennis rackets, balls, basketballs, and even towels for the indoor pool.

Passes can be purchased at the Club House in the summer, and at the Recreation Center or Admin Building in the off-season.

This home is perfect for a large group of people. It was very clean and had lots of space to spread out and enjoy your stay. The 2 outdoor seating areas are cozy with comfy chairs and a barbecue grill on one of the decks. The outdoor pool was very big and even with it being very busy we did not feel crowded. Communication was excellent. Bedrooms are spread out to enjoy some privacy and all the beds were comfy. Perfect place for a large family.

Overall the property is nice and the community is gorgeous! The cabin is indeed cozy, and the individual air conditioning units in the rooms were fantastic for sleeping at night - nearly noiseless and very cool.We had trouble checking in, which I think may have been a community problem, just be aware that they aren't always on their best game at the front gate. Checking in on a Friday afternoon, expect to spend some extra time in line.We had trouble getting the main area air conditioner to listen to the thermostat - never did get the thing to work quite right, but that could be a "me" problem.The kitchen is tiny if you plan to make a lot of meals, or are feeding more than a couple of people.Overall we had a wonerful stay so I give it five stars!

Beautiful snowy T'giving stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was big and clean. Plenty of space for two families (4 kids) to not be on top of each other. Pool table and TV in the basement for entertainment and comfortable beds. Heating units individual per room so everyone can adjust as needed. The location is not exactly where it seemed from the map. I only note that as we were thinking we would be on the same street as my relative. In reality it was a short walk (~15 min) from his house. Lovely home and responsive host. We would stay again.

Enjoyed/ Disappointed

Enjoyed our stay. Disappointed because of an accidental oversight and underexplaining of exact community obligations for entrance. Cost us an additional $250. Would prefer NOT to stay in this community in the future.
