Come enjoy this bright and open home in the Poconos! It is a 4 bedroom & 2 bathroom home in the Big Bass Lake community with pools, lake, clubhouse, recreation courts, and more! At this home, you will enjoy an open concept interior, stream access, AC, fire pit, 3-seasons room, gas grill, deck, and more!
This cozy home is in a great location just a short drive to nearby attractions, including Kalahari Resort, Camelback, Montage Mountain, Mount Airy Casino, Great Wolf Lodge, and more!
Comfortable Accommodation:
- 4 bedrooms, 4 beds plus large sofa & Queen Air Mattress in the 4th bedroom. Sleeps 8 very comfortably.
- 2 full baths
- Bedrooms provide natural light, bedside tables with lights, and ample storage space.
- Master bedroom with King bed and smart TV, one bedroom with one full and one twin bed, one bedroom with a Queen bed, and the 4th bedroom has a Queen Air Mattress plus an extra-large couch.

- Minimum age requirement of 25 years old for the majority of guests.
- Rental agreement required before your stay.
- Parking limited to 3 cars, no RVs.
- Maximum of 12 day guests total, regardless of age, 8 overnight guests.

Guest Access:
As guests, you will have full access to this beautiful home, including the full kitchen, dining, living room, charming bedrooms, bathrooms, washer dryer and exterior. Free parking is available on-site.
As guests, you have access with a guest pass purchase to all the wonderful amenities of the Big Bass Lake HOA Community. Passes are $8 per person weekdays and $10 per person weekends.
The Neighborhood:
Cute residential neighborhood a short drive from grocery stores, restaurants and the highway.
Getting Around:
Cars are highly recommended for getting around the Poconos. Taxis/Ubers are available, but not prevalent.
Other Things to Note:
IMPORTANT COMMUNITY INFORMATION:
- ALL Renters must check-in at the security gate prior to going to the house. The security gate address will be provided after booking.
- Every booking requires the submission of a renter permit to the HOA at least 72 hours prior to check-in.
- Amenity passes must be purchased for community access; costs vary by age and day.
- All guests, except children, must show their driver's license to security for entry.
- Minimum age requirement of 25 years old.
- Maximum of 12 day guests total, regardless of age, 8 overnight guests.- Please keep outside noise to reasonable levels.
- Well-behaved dogs allowed on a case-by-case basis for an additional fee of $75.
