The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this house with mountain views for rent in Gourdon, with a heated swimming pool from April to October, and an infrared sauna for even more comfort. With a surface area of 260 m², it can accommodate up to 14 guests. It has a lovely 33 m² living room (with wood-burning stove), a fully-equipped kitchen, six bedrooms, four bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around one hectare. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

- A 28 m² dining area with a fully-equipped kitchen, including electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob and espresso machine that only uses coffee beans.
- A 33 m² living room with sofas and wood-burning stove (first flambé free of charge)

- Bedroom 1: en suite, king-size bed (180x200) and en suite shower room with WC

First floor
- Bedroom 3: opening onto the garden, en suite, one king-size bed (180x200) and one single bed (90x190) with en suite bathroom with whirlpool bath, shower and WC

The house is ideally located in the heart of the Monts d'Ardèche nature park, in Gourdon, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.
