House by the sea

House of 110 m2 that can accommodate 8 people, in a quiet area 300 m from the sea with a closed plot of land to receive children in complete safety.
On the first floor:
a living room with a wood stove, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom/WC and a bedroom (bed of 160).

The kitchen is fully equipped: refrigerator with 3 freezer sinks, an oven, a microwave, a Senseo coffee maker, toaster, kettle. An airfryer is at your disposal to make you a good dish of fries or other in complete safety. Dish towels are not provided.

Upstairs:
a landing leads to a mezzanine and three bedrooms (2 bedrooms with a 140 cm bed and 1 bedroom with a 160 cm bed) plus a WC/sink.

Bed linen and towels (bath towel and hand towel) are provided and beds will be made on arrival.

Baby equipment possible (cot-changing table-high chair-bath-booster seat and potty) for an extra 50 Euros/stay.

The rooms are equipped with roller shutters.

Free and unlimited Wi-Fi.

Smoking is not allowed in the house.

Outside:
A 500m2 plot of land to accommodate young and old. A terrace in front of the house equipped with garden furniture in summer, 2 deckchairs and a beautiful green area behind the house with natural shade.
A barbecue is available.

There is a shed behind the house to store bikes, beach and fishing equipment.

Come and discover Gouville-sur-mer, a small seaside resort known for its beach huts with colourful roofs nestled in the dunes! Capital of oyster farming in the English Channel, come and taste the oysters directly from the producer!

Commerce:
You will be located 2 kms from the village of Gouville which includes all the necessary shops.

At the foot of the beach on the slipway you have 2 restaurants: the dunes and the boa which offers you concerts with various themes in the middle of the season and where you can eat very well with local products.
