Wonderful find in the area

Exactly as pictured. Immaculate and well taken care of 2 bedroom multi level (stairs) condo with a set of bunk beds set up in the ample landing space between the bedrooms. Wonderful for a family or 2 couples as the bedrooms are at opposite ends on the top floor and there are 2.5 baths. Located in the Collins Lake complex the unit backs up to woods so you don’t see other units from the backside and it’s away from the highway so no road noise. It’s very close to the communal pool and hot tub and adjacent to the creek. A great find among these condos. The garage is ample and our suv with a cargo box on top fit fine. The ski shuttle bus stop is on the corner right at the top of the hill. All restaurants and shops are less than a five minute walk - probably faster if you aren’t walking in snow or with a kid in tow. Decor and linens are all nice quality and finish. Kitchen is well stocked. I was excited to see the owners chose real Native Haida prints from actual local NW artists and appreciated them not putting up “Native inspired” commercial pieces. It made me love the home even more.
