VĂ€lkommen till French Leave South Beach !!

Denna nybyggda villa ligger direkt pÄ den mest eftertraktade stranden pÄ ön, en milslÄng strÀcka med rosa sand som har rankats i de 20 bÀsta strÀnderna i vÀrlden. French Leave Beach har bara ett halvt dussin hus pÄ och Àr vanligtvis öde.

Villa "Dogtrot" har en fantastisk havsutsikt frÄn alla rum. Det stora rummet ser ut mot havet genom en fönstervÀgg. Köket med havsutsikt Àr fullt utrustat med rostfritt stÄl Bosch-apparater och afrikanska bÀnkskivor i mahogny.
Dogtrot har tvÄ master-sviter, var och en möblerade med en king size-sÀng och utrustade med ett badrum med eget badrum inredda i afrikansk mahogny. BÄda sovrummen har havsutsikt. Badrummen har hela duschar och Rohl-fixturer i hela. Det finns en extrasÀng för en femte gÀst vid behov.

Utöver de privata dörrarna i afrikansk mahogny finns det uteservering med 180% utsikt över French Leave Beach och Atlanten.

Great location and home

We have rented many properties on banks road and Governors Harbor. The French Leave villa is one of our favorites. Home is modern, clean and very comfortable. All appliances are functional and modern. Bedding and pillows are excellent. The location is superb with a great back porch looking out on the beach. French leave beach is outstanding. Stingrays frequent the beach here as do turtles. Swimming is excellent as well. House contact was very responsive to any needs or questions.

Absolutely perfect

This is our second trip to the beautiful secluded island of Eleuthera and this is our favorite place to stay. We loved staying directly on the beach. This Villa is even prettier than the pictures. Modern, clean, and situated on the most amazing beach on the island. The vegetation and plants have grown in perfectly and there is a sandy path leading right to the beach. Peaceful wide open pristine beach with clear blue water and light pink soft sand - it is truly a dream. The Villa is equipped with everything from beach chairs, cooler, umbrella, and lots of towels. The dual master king bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms were perfect for our family of 4. Kitchen has all you need for when we had breakfast or dined in. Melissa answers all your questions promptly and quickly. The Villa is close to fabulous places to eat such as Bacchus, Tippy’s and the Buccaneer. Any issues or recommendations you need - Melissa so knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely be back to Eleuthera and back at this Villa! Thank you for the incredible memories.

Perfect Spot

This property is in a great location on one of the most beautiful beaches we've ever been. House is nicely stocked with everything you could need, and beds are super comfortable (a must for a long vacation).

Great House & Water!

The house was great and so well appointed. The beds were nice and firm. The linens and towels very nice. Loved the hand towels
 actually googled where to purchase. One bedroom door didn’t close quite right but we found an easy solution. The water was great. We were there the last week of October and loved playing in the waves. They were fun without being too much or wearing you out. Our only reco would be to add option to have beaches cleaned of seaweed when it’s excessive
 at least right in front of the property. Most days were fine, but our last two days there was really nowhere to put a chair that wasn’t covered with clumped up seaweed and some unsanitary trash it brought in with it. I would have even paid someone had I known who to call! Overall, we’re likely to return. Reco: rent a 4WD. The roads aren’t great and some beach access in other parts of island are challenging in a little car.

The best beach near Governors

Swim every day in the gentle waves 🌊 f the Atlantic. Responsive manager ensured we had everything we needed. Cotton sheets and duvet cover! Well equipped kitchen. Excellent internet connection.

Amazing family vacation

Our family of 4 stayed for 7 days and loved every minute. Michelle (property manager) was helpful, patient and very responsive. She was so helpful with all our questions. The French Leave beach was steps from the back door which gave us ample opportunity to relax and swim in a protected and quiet beach. A few small reefs provided easy exploiting with small fish. Central location on the island was perfect for exploring. Queens bath is very cool (recommend going at higher tide than lower). Beautiful beaches everywhere so we wore our suits always and would pop in when we found a spot. Locals are friendly and helpful. Best grocery we found for selection & pricing was The Market near Rock sound. Cathedral cave was very cool. Deep sea fishing with Captain Irwin was fantastic. With two kids we caught mahi mahi, Spanish mackerel, wahoo and barracuda, and almost hooked a marlin. On our last day we did a sea turtle tour and snorkeling over an amazing reef where we saw giant lobster, barracuda, snapper and all kinds of coral (tour was with Eleuthera outdoor adventure- Sharon & KK were awesome!). Overall, this was an amazing vacation and I’m so glad we went before the island is overrun with development.

What a fabulous place on South French Leave Beach

Michelle was our caretaker and she was just perfect. All of our stay was quite wonderful. I hate to even admit it - but if you haven’t been to a pink sand beach like French Leave - well you are missing out. Dogtrot Villa was very clean and well maintained. Grocery stores close by and don’t miss going to The Buccaneer Restaurant

A GEM!

The Villa was a gem! Gorgeous interior and exterior. The beach - it’s just fabulous! Communication with the property manager Michelle was great (she’s amazing as well)! We really enjoyed our stay; highly recommend!

Beautifully decorated property in a perfect location.

My husband and 13-year-old daughter spent a week at Dogtrot. It was our third time in Eleuthera and this is the best property we've stayed at to date! Not only is the location absolutely perfect, being right on the beach and close to Govenor's Harbour, but the house was extremely clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable and had high quality linens and duvets. All the appliances were high-end and in good working order.The house is also minutes away from great restaurants and specialty food shops, so we didn't have to travel far. There is another house right next door, which would be perfect if you are traveling with another family. That being said, it's far enough away so you have good privacy from your neighbours. We will certainly stay here again.
