Lovely flat on the 1st floor without elevator access in Grado Pineta, featuring an east-facing terrace. The flat is located just 450mt from the beach. The apartment includes a double bedroom, a second bedroom with two single beds and a small balcony, a bathroom with shower and skylight, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room with a single sofa bed that includes a pull-out bed. Amenities include TV, A/C, washing machine, dishwasher, and one covered parking space per booking (in the garage)
