“Not what I was expecting. It is basically a room in someone’s basement. I could hear them walking above me and the water running from the pipes. Although the property was cute, the room was very clean and hearing the rooster in the morning was lovely. ”

“Because there was a storm and a tree fell in the I e bedroom cottage we were in the large cottage. It was beautiful property, I was thankful I wasn’t I. The smaller one. The only thing is the left over or provided stuff in the kitchen cupboards were mostly expired and should be purged. I felt two pods of coffee was not enough for 2 night’s and three days. I had to go buy more coffee. I also accepted the larger cottage to not have to find other accommodations with no hot water. I think I should...

“The Inn has been newly refurbished. The rooms are large and clean. The bed was comfortable and there was a coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator, all working properly. Its close to the highway, but not noisy. The heat worked well.”

“The accommodations were as described. We had a nice family gathering. The host responded in a timely fashion when I reached out.”

“Beautiful cottage resort our hockey team loved staying at. Having evening camp fires and afternoon fishing was perfect. I wish we had time for golf, the course looks amazing. My only complaint is that the resort is huge and they have little to no walking trails connecting the 2 areas together, it was faster to drive and that's not ideal. ”

“My wife, our dog and I had an excellent stay at the Checkerboard guest house in Cobourg. The beds were comfortable, the house was clean and as advertised, and was only about 2km from downtown. Our host, Tish, was easily available and responsive to our requests. We needed a pet friendly place, and this fit the bill perfectly!”
