Thank you for taking the time to review our property. I understand your dissappointment over the paddles being blown away in the wind storm. When you did not comment on my welcome email, I assummed you were not interested in using them. We would have reimbursed you if you wanted to pick up new paddles at the Walmart in town. It's also too bad you did not reach out to us regarding all the bugs. We are contracted through Arrow for pest control. They will come out anytime if a problem comes up. Just last week they were out treating for wasps. The number for Arrow is also in the welcome guide. As for the fire pit, my housekeeper must have missed the "debri" in it? In the future, I will make sure it is checked. Thanks for staying with us and your feedback.

I am sorry to hear the wifi disconnected at times, but PK Lake is a difficult area for premium internet, we've tried them all and have the absolute best avaialble at this time. As for the dryer, the only repair shop out of Graham comes to the lake for repairs two times a month, if they can't resolve the problem it will be replaced. Thanks for staying with us.

Steve, there are four pillows, comforter and queen sheets sets inside of each livingroom sofa. This information is online VRBO, in the welcome guide at the house and I would have been happy to instruct you where to find these items had you reached out during your stay. Upon inspection of the internet prior to your departure, we found all the cords to the router unplugged. After we reinstalled the correct cords in the right outlets, the internet is working fine. We do not have a land line, so I'm assuming you are referring to your own phone, which would be dependent on your individual cell service provider.

Thanks for your review. The bed in the bedroom is a Queen and that is what it is listed as in the property details. My apologies for a few items left in the fridge, I just forgot them as I walked out. We contract with Arrow for pest control and try and keep the webs brushed off as much as we can but by the lake they pop up very quickly. Thanks again for your review.

Glad to have you back and so good to hear you enjoyed your stay. Internet is an issue at the lake. Unfortunately, there are no high speed providers that offer unlimited monthly internet. We subscribe to two internet companies per month and have added cable TV. We ask renters not to stream TV services, but they rarely listen. When one renter streams TV, it uses all the monthly alloted bandwidth. Which is why we pay for a second service, to offer to guests that run out. Next time, please reach out if this happens. This is a remote location and we are always looking at better ways to provide better internet. I'm not sure what was happening with the bedroom AC during your stay, it appears to be working fine currently. Thanks again for being a repeat customer!
