“Fantastiskt serviceinriktad personal.

“Breakfast was ok. Service was very good and hotel has an excellent location in the heart of BA. Two things which they could improve upon, ~there was no AC in the room. It was quite hot. ~the room had no kettle for making tea. Otherwise a very pleasant stay. ”

“We arrived very late (after midnight) and appreciated the warm welcoming at the reception desk. The room was big and quiet. The breakfast was good for BA standard and even great coffee. We chose the hotel based on closeness to Buquebus ferry. We had to change our plans but it turned out to be a good location anyway, close to subway and Florida shopping street.”

“Elevator was very noisy, you heard it all night going up and down. So if you are deaf this is a great place. ”

“I arrived in the middle of the night and got a room on the first floor, facing the street. The noise from the street is just so loud that it is impossible to sleep. And the room was not cleaned at all, with hair on the floor and lipstick on the glass. I asked to change rooms, but the night staff said nothing was available. The morning after, the staff was very friendly and arranged for a room on the 4th floor that was not facing the street. So quiet, and this time also clean. The location of...
