Prachtig uitzicht en weg uit de drukte
Wij hebben 2 weken een heerlijk en rustig verblijf gehad. Het huis biedt alles wat je nodig hebt. Er is aan alles gedacht. Van sinasappel-pers tot koffiemachine, je komt niets te kort. We hebben ons er zeer thuis gevoeld. Een mooie tuin en een prachtige uitzicht over de bergen. De ligging is perfect. In de buurt zijn allerlei voorzieningen, en enigszins verwijderd van de massatoerisme aan de kust. Het was een zeer geschikte uitvalsbasis voor de prachtige wandelingen die wij gemaakt hebben. Het huis is met liefde ingericht en zeer schoon. De ontvangst door de eigenaresse was heel fijn.

Very nice place
Very nice house and a very nice garden. We could sit outside for all meals and eat, which the covered terasse helped with, and the heated pool was very good especially for our children. We did not know we had to share the pool with two people in a different house, but it worked out fine. The host was nice, and we talked through translation on smartphone. Which worked fine. The place was very clean inside and outside, and we could smell the cleaning products on arrival. The road by the house is a bit noisy at night, so earplugs would be recomended when you sleep.

Excellent place to stay
A great place with everything you need on a central spot to explore the Island. We have stayed here 3 weeks. Our two teenage girls loved the private swimming pool. The beds are fine and the inventory is complete. The owner is very friendly and brings around several sorts of fruits, like mango, papaya an dragon fruits. They grow in the garden around the house. The bakery is very close. The house is near the road in a part of Gran Xanaria that not crowded with tourists but everything on the island is wthin an our drive. The nearest coastal place is the beautiful port de Mogan. That is an 8 minute drive. So in one word. Fantastic. We will come back.

Very clean and comfortable with a lovely pool
The house is between the port & village of Mogan, convenient for restaurants & shops, with frequent buses. The house is set just below the road overlooking a mango plantation. The mangos had finished at the time of our visit but papayas were plentiful. There is some traffic noise but it was quiet at night inside the house. The bakery 100m away offers all sorts of bread, cakes etc as well as basic provisions so handy for breakfast supplies. The bar next door has tapas at lunchtime; It closes at 5pm this time of year but may have different hours later We were met by Carmen who was very welcoming and left us wine, water, fresh eggs & papaya. The house was sparkling clean, spacious, comfortable and well equipped. There were plenty of utensils & good knives for cooking. We mostly ate lunch out then went to Spar or Superdino and made supper in the house. The saltwater pool was lovely & warm enough to enjoy; although shared with the cottage we mostly had it to ourselves The scenery is spectacular. We hired a car from Autoreisen, always reliableThe drive from the airport is a bit dreary until you get through the tunnels. Inland roads are good, if bendy, and it is well worth exploring. We would definitely come back to Gran Canaria & recommend Tino's to anyone who doesn't need to be in a resort, but close enough to reach a sandy beach and facilities in 5 minutes. It's also a good base for walking & cycling. All in all we were impressed with the island, area, the house and the welcome

Idyllic cottage south of Mogan
We were delighted with the quality of the accommodation and the welcoming feel. Tino's mother was very helpful. The pool although tiny is lovely - especially with its views of the surrounding hills covered in cacti. There's a lovely little cafe and bar two minutes down the road. The bus into Puerto Mogan is frequent and cheap. In fact there are plenty of other buses to places further along the coast.

Fantastisch verblijf, mooie ligging rust en toch overal dichtbij
Heerlijke vakantie gehad, prachtig uitzicht, rust, heerlijk zwembad, uiterst vriendelijke eigenaren we kregen verse eitjes en mango’s uit eigen tuin. De weg is wat druk maar dat maakt het uitzicht meer dan goed, fijne BBQ, simpel interieur maar alles aanwezig en fris en schoon. Wij komen hier zeker een keer terug.

Ein schöner Ort
Wir sind angekommen und haben über das ganze Gesicht gestrahlt. Die Freude blieb bis zum Schluss. Ein wunderschöner!! Blick, eine sehr liebevoll gestaltete kleine Außenanlage mit Terrasse und Pool, zahlreichen Pflanzen. Die Lage ist toll, neben Bäcker und Bushaltestelle, zwischen Strand (4 km) und Bergen. Frische Papayas und Eier wurden uns über die ganze Woche geschenkt. Wir haben uns am liebsten draußen aufgehalten. Die Inneneinrichtung ist funktional, Smart-TV und W-LAN vorhanden - die Teenies waren im Glück. Die Vermieter sind sehr aufmerksam, zurückhaltend und freundlich! Was man wissen sollte: die Straße läuft hinter dem Haus, etwas erhöht, man sieht nichts von ihr, hört aber den Verkehr - uns hat es nicht gestört, aber es ist keine vollkommene Ruhe. Der Pool ist, wenn die Wohnung im Haus nebenan vermietet ist, nicht zur alleinigen Nutzung. Da ist das Toben im Wasser dann nur nach Absprache möglich. Aber: eine Perle, jederzeit wieder!!!

Great little house
Tino's house is a great place to stay. It has everything you need and is just as described in the advert. Tino's mum and dad gave us warm welcome and we're at hand if we needed anything, they are super friendly and generously provided some fresh products from their garden. I am happy to recommend and return again.

Veel privacy voor kleine groep.
Leuk huisje met mooi zwembad en heerlijk buitenverblijf. Alhoewel het huisje klein is, zijn er twee slaapkamers. Verder geen mensen op het terrein, dus privacy gegarandeerd. Qua aankleding zou het een upgrade kunnen gebruiken, waardoor het een klasse beter wordt. Het verkeer van de aanliggende weg is soms hoorbaar, maar niet erg storend. Overall een heel leuk verblijf gehad.

Peace and quiet and privacy .
This little barn conversion is well thought out . It has everything you need .. kitchen is well equipped and there is an abundance of towels , for bathroom and pool. Beds were comfortable . The road is right by the bedrooms but is not very busy so it is just traffic passing . The pool is semi private as you do share it with whoever is staying in the house apartment … but we only saw them once and we tended to use the pool at different times. It is so easy to nip into Puerto Morgan but you do need a car to stay here . We would certainly return !

Das Haus ist sehr schön. Guter Ausblick in die Berge, aber daher auch weniger Sonne. Der Pool ist nicht zur alleinigen Benutzung. Diesen teilt man sich mit 2 anderen Mieteinheiten.

Ein schöner, entspannter Urlaub
Vom Check-in bis zum Check-out war alles bestens. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war super, die Lage des Häuschens ist gut angeschlossen. Man ist mit dem Auto und dem Bus sehr schnell überall. Es ist besonders sauber und der Pool angenehm warm. Was uns sehr gefreut hat ist, dass es ein Salzwasserpool ist. Auch die Grillstelle wurde von uns genutzt und was uns feines Fleisch beschert. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet inkl. neuem Ofen und Herd etc. Es war rundherum ein entspannter Urlaub. Wer es sauber und ruhig mag, ist in diesem Häuschen sehr gut aufgehoben. Wir werden hier sicher wieder einmal unsere Ferien verbringen.

Amazing trip
Everything was very good! The location is perfect near the sea and calm area in the Mountains. Everyday we got some eggs and tasty fruits from the garden. Very cozy and welcoming
We had a very nice stay in November. The weather was great and the accommodation was very clean and nice. The host where very keen in giving us a nice stay. We had always enough fruits and eggs from there ground and our they have been very nice and caring about our son (2yo). The pool and surroundings have been cleaned regularly. We don't have any problems with the street or noise at all, as it has been described in other reviews. There's an rooster but he hasn't been too loud ;-) You'll have a very nice view on the hills and valley. The host language is Spanish but thy to google and active gesticulation, communication was easy ;-) We definitely recommend to stay there! There is a second smaller accommodation which hasn't been booked in our time. But we where allowed to visit it and it looks very nice as well.

Superb house and service
Ideal house located midway between Mogán village and Puerto Mogán, property spotless and well stocked. Two large bedrooms and a large living area. Check-in process and meeting point was seamless. There is a lovely local bar and also a shop/bakery within 50 meters of the house. Tino made sure every request was met and gave us fresh eggs/oranges/mangos/avocados/papayas every few days! We had a car but even if you don’t the number 84 leaves from beside the bar/bakery every hour to Puerto Mogán. Highly recommend

la perfection
nous avons passer un séjour excellent du 07 sept au 21 septembre la maison et les propriétaires sont très charmant un accueil formidable et ils sont a nos petit soins vous offrant des fruits tous les jours petit cadeau du matin et le linge de maison est changer deux fois la semaine tout est impeccable avec toutes les commodités la maison est très propre et très bien entretenu la piscine est nickel ainsi que tout le matériel qui va avec bref tout est très bien entretenu bravo et merci a Tino et Carmen nous avons passer un séjour merveilleux grasse a eux nous y retournerons très certainement pascal sylvie francoise et jean-jacques

This property is in an idyllic setting of mango trees in a valley. It is quiet and beautiful. Yet its minutes by car into Puerto Morgan. The property is well equipped and clean. The owners bringing us fresh eggs, papaya and mango regularly. We had a lovely time.

Das kleine Landhaus liegt in einem Tal mit Mangoplantagen, umgeben von recht hohen Lavabergen. Zum Haus gehört ein beheizter Salzwasserpool. Spanische Hausfrauen sind Zwillingsschwestern von Meister Proper. Daher ist das Anwesen picobello sauber. Die Einrichtung des Häuschens reicht von Ikea bis Omas Möbel. Die Zuwendungen der Vermieter von Haus und Hof wurden schon mehrfach erwähnt. Und auch wir kamen in den Genuß. Ma. Carmen und Tino erfüllen jeden Wunsch, Wäsche wird immer ausreichend zur Verfügung gestellt. Ein Steinwurf entfernt ist ein Bäcker (incl. Lebensmittel) und eine Bar, die Grundversorgung gewähren. Puerto de Mogan (vermutlich der hübscheste Ort auf GC) ist sechs Kilometer entfernt. Unmittelbar am Gebäude führt eine Hauptverkehrsstraße mit nicht unerheblichem Verkehr vorbei.

Per chi vuole la tranquillità ma restare vicino al mare, questa soluzione è la migliore.
Casa confortevole e ben attrezzata. Spazi esterni ben gestiti, con piscina e sdraio, barbecue e tavolo. I gestori sono gentili e premurosi ma discreti, la pulizia è assoluta. Un ringraziamento particolare alla signora, molto disponibile e gentile. Michele

Idyllische Finka, aber leider direkt an der Hauptstraße
Zunächst: Herzlichen Dank an die Gastgeber, Sie waren sehr freundlich. Wir wurden mit Obst, Eiern und Rotwein empfangen, zum Abschied gab es Kuchen mit auf den Weg. Das war wirklich sehr nett. Das Haus ist äußert sauber und gepflegt. Aber es ist auch sehr in die Jahre gekommen: Backofen funktionert schlecht, es dauerte fast eine Stunde, um eine Pizza aufzuwärmen, auch der Zweitplattenherd ist nicht der Schnellste. Der Pool wird peinlichst sauber gehalten, ist aber nicht geheizt. Für Februaraufenthalt zu kalt,..oder es reicht für eine kurze Erfrischung nach intensiven Sonnenbad. Insbesondere aber ist die Nähe zur Hauptstraße zu erwähnen, 5:00 Uhr Morgenverkehr mit entsprechender Geräuschkulisse direkt hinterm Schlafzimmer und Abgasgerüche, nicht wirklich toll. Aber wir haben uns in dem idyllischem Umfeld mit sehr gepflegtem Garten und tollen Pflanzen dennoch arrangiert und geben 3,5 Punkte.

Thank you so much for your opinion. It is important for us your opinion to improve the small defects that may arise. Regarding the problem of traffic was due to a nearby work that is already completed. We apologized but it was not something that we could directly solve. The property was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities that we needed.
During our stay the hosts parents couldn't have done more to help us. They brought gifts of fresh eggs, avocado, mango and baked biscuits regularly and could not have made us more welcome. The villa is beautiful with great views of the mountains. The pool was just right for us and we used it daily. The property is on a very regular bus route giving us access to Puerto Mogan when ever we wanted a meal out. The bakery and bar opposite were very handy too. We would love to visit again and recommend it to everyone.

Entspannter Urlaub im Tino House
Sehr großes Lob an die Vermieter. Wir wurden von Tino und Carmen sehr herzlich empfangen und über die Reisezeit mit kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten verwöhnt. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus ist umrahmt von Bergen........wunderschön. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Autominuten. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Liebe Grüße Denise und Dieter

Beautiful little place
We loved the house and pool! And the kind gifts during the week, the lovely flowers, fresh eggs, papaya, lemons and fresh towels in the middle of the week! Owners live on the grounds, but we rarely saw them. Unfortunately (probably also due to the fact that the house is 3 or 4 kilometers inlands), it was mostly cloudy and the pool was unheated, so we didnt get to swim that much. But we loved the island and kindness of the inhabitants! Another big plus: there’s a great bakery right across the street!

The house was very clean and well equipped. There is a lovely terrace with the sun all day.
The hosts were lovely and very welcoming. They are on hand if you need them but you feel very private. We loved the fresh eggs and fruit left for us every morning - thank you! There are great views from the terrace, lots of wildlife to watch. We had a wonderful holiday.

Perfect in every way !
Scenic views, secure and quiet even though close to upper road which was ideal for visiting the rest of the Island. ‘Little Venice” [Pueto de Mogan] stunning nearby. Local restaurant near Mogan A* Tino and Carmen brilliant owners of the rental property. Very hospitable, always finding surprise fruit and eggs on the doorstep, much welcomed. Will definitely re.book if returning to Gran Canaria. The only disappointment was the weather ! Highly recommended. Thank you

Hemos estado alojados 10 días en Casa Tino, podemos decir que ha sido muy agradable nuestra estancia, el sitio es tranquilo, las vistas de los frutales y el entorno geniales, la casa esta bien equipada y Carmen y Tino encantadores y generosos, nos han traído fruta y huevos caseros en varias ocasiones y el último día un flan realmente muy rico, no nos importaría volver en otra ocasión.

Quiet and cozy place to relax
This was a beautiful vacation we spent in Tino house. It was clean, beautiful, comfortable and cozy and had everything you would need for a carefree holidays. We enjoyed our stay very much. Entspannte und schöne Zeit
Wir haben die Zeit genossen in den kleinen netten Steinhaus mit eigenem Swimmingpool. Fern ab vom Gedränge der Touristenströme und trotzdem gut angebunden über die Autobahn ca. 4 km entfernt. Zur ersten und letzten Abkühlung am Tag war es wunderbar den Pool zu haben. Die Vermieter sind sehr nette Leute und versorgten uns auch mit Früchten der Gegend. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr sauber und wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Zu empfehlen ist es auch für Familien mit Kindern.
