Mysig, luftig och bekväm lägenhet med två sovrum med fyra balkonger med utsikt över en gågata ligger bara 10 minuters promenad från Alhambra och utanför Alhambra skogen
Det fullt utrustade köket låter dig laga dina måltider om du inte vill äta ute. Du kan också göra tvätt i kombinationen med tvättmaskin och torktumlare.
Det finns en kombination av vardagsrum / matsal med bekväma soffor, runda bord och TV ... låter perfekt att koppla av efter en lång dags sightseeing. Innan det kommer du förmodligen att vilja ha en varm dusch i det fyrdelade badrummet.
Fyra personer kan sova bekvämt i de två sovrummen. En av dem med en dubbelsäng (150 cm x 200 cm) och den andra med två enkelsängar (90 cm x 200). Båda sovrummen har en garderob med mycket förvaring.
"Kronens juvel" är den delade terrassen med fantastisk utsikt över El Albayzin, La Alhambra och Sierra Elvira. Solnedgångar på Mirador de San Nicolás sägs vara de mest spektakulära i Granada. Vänta och se dem från den delade terrassen i Belvedere Condo.

The location was well situated for a day at the Alhambra or for exploring the forest. It was quiet with beautiful views, and the apartment’s amenities were helpful. The only negative I would say is that the whole building smells of cigarette smoke, and that's in the unit as well, despite it being a no-smoking rental. Otherwise, it was a great stay!!

Words cannot describe how beautiful the condominium was, it had all the amenities we needed. From the incredible view of the Alhambra - to the interior decor, it was absolutely breathtaking! The historical sites were a walking distance from the condo. It was perfect for our seven day stay. Thank you Carmen for giving us the tour and helpful information about the area.

The location is excellent and the view from the roof balcony area is superb. We had a challenge actually getting into the place and finding the right location.
That is the door to the entrance.
Be careful of the shower door. I cut my foot badly! Almost went to hospital.

Bright and comfortable apartment in an excellent location. Just steps away from the entrance to the Alhambra walkway, this apartment is quiet and more spacious than we expected from the photos. Main bed was very comfortable. Central air conditioning was wonderful and allowed for a good sleep. The kitchen is nicely appointed with newish dishes etc and there are enough spices and basics to cook. Be aware the apartment is up a steep hill and requires many stairs inside the building (the elevator goes only part of the walk). The shared terrace above the building provides stunning views.

Quiet, comfortable, clean and convenient. Excellent condominium. Great for our family of 4. Only 10 minutes from the Puerta de la Justicia entrance to the Alhambra and adjacent to the Plaza Nueva de Granada. Beautiful view of the sunset from a private terrace. Asun was a wonderful host. We should have stayed longer!

Perfect!

Perfect location—step onto the cobblestone street, and you’re at the gate to the forest path to the Alhambra. You’re also very close to Plaza Nueva. The apartment is beautiful and quiet. It also has a combo washer and dryer—a godsend for doing laundry easily during an extended stay. And you can’t beat the views from the upper terrace: The Alhambra! The Albaicín! Birds chirp as they swoop beneath the Alhambra. Bells clang from nearby churches. We even heard flamenco dancers tapping on rooftops in the city below. To get to the terrance, open a door in the building’s lobby and climb a series of stairs. It’s well worth it! Even though the terrace is “shared,” we only saw a few other people there once during our week-long stay. A plastic table and chairs make it easy to set up a picnic—bring a tablecloth for a more elegant, photogenic touch. If you’re lucky enough to book this place—probably well in advance—make sure to also buy tickets to the Alhambra well in advance. Get them from the official website, not some third-party vendor that makes you frantically find their obscure office to pick up the actual tickets. Enjoy!

Two bedroom apartment, up a hill from Plaza Nueva with views to Alhambra. With a terrace you can relax at after 109 steps, with a small pool(summer only).

What a great place!

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment was spacious, nicely decorated, clean, comfortable, very quiet, is in a great location and has great views from an upper patio on the property. The apartment appeared to be recently renovated and well cared for. We were warmly greeted and checked in. Communication with the property manager was professional, friendly, prompt and responsive. All aspects of communication were good. There was a list of recommended restaurants and local information that was very helpful. The apartment is very close to the Alhambra and and many restaurants. We felt safe and got around almost entirely by walking.

Our best apartment of 3 in Spain

Communication was easy via Whatsapp. The hostess gave us a thorough tour of house and showed us how to use the washer/dryer. Yes there is a dryer function on the washing machine. The house had functional kitchen and small coffee pot and there were grounds available in the unit. There were some plug adapters, maps, and guide books. The apartment was spacious and bright. The terrace was great for lunch And a bottle of wine looking at the Alhambra and over the city. About a 10 minute uphill walk to the entrance of the Alhambra right up the street. Easy walk to many of the historic places and the 31 and 32 buses pickup just at the bottom of the street. You can ride them up to St. Nicholas Square and the new mosque. We had an early train out and Asuncion arranged for a taxi to be at the curb for us at 600AM. We would definitely stay here again.

Alhambra was basically out the door. The rooftop patio has a stunning view of Alhambra and the Old City. The suite was comfortable and large with many personal touches. The only concern would be that it would be cold in the winter. We were there mid October and even with the heating, it was chilly. Highly recommended.

Apartment stay next to Alhambra

Clean and comfortable with excellent location. Benefit of rooftop terrace, 110 steps up to it. The only downside is the noisey neighbours above, they sound like they are moving furniture about late at night and start again at 7.30 in the morning, such a shame as otherwise I would have given it 5 stars. Super beau gîte. Très bel emplacement. Très bon contact avec l’hôtesse.

Grenade nous a ravis. Le centre historique est beau. L’Alhambra nous a plu énormément. Ses jardins sont à voir même en cette fin de septembre. Il faut séjourner plusieurs jours pour en profiter pleinement.
