Exclusive apartment located on Zacatín Street, in the heart of Granada, just steps away from the main attractions of the historic center, allowing you to immerse yourself in the city’s rich cultural and architectural heritage.

The apartment offers two spacious bedrooms, both equipped with a double bed and wardrobe to maximize your comfort. In addition, it features a spacious living room outfitted with a comfortable, large sofa bed and a state-of-the-art Smart TV, ideal for those moments when you wish to unwind and relax.

Adjacent to the living room is a fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils and appliances you may need for your stay. The apartment includes two bathrooms: one adjacent to one of the bedrooms, equipped with a bathtub for you to soak and relax in, and another bathroom with a shower and all the necessary amenities for your well-being.

To complete the experience, the apartment has a charming yard with a table for four people and a sophisticated vertical garden, offering you a private outdoor space to enjoy great moments.

The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.

A Wow Property!

This place was fabulous! The photos are accurate, but don't do justice to the beautiful decor. Spacious, clean, and lots of thoughtful amenities. We were greeted at the door and shown how to access the property and given other helpful information. The apartment has historic charm, but modern features such as an elevator. The location is great, with easy access to the sites of Granada, as well as many restaurant options. We stayed four days and wish it was longer!

This was an amazing property! You are in the heart of the charming old town where so many restaurants and shops are located. We loved the spaciousness and the private elevator straight to our place. Everyone we encountered at the apartment was friendly and always willing to answer my questions. I highly recommend them.

A great place to stay

This is a fabulous, compact apartment in a great location. It is comfortable, well designed and stylishly decorated. The sitting space is small for 4 people but was ok. Our only desire was for more kitchen utensils like sharp kitchen knives. From here you can find many bars and restaurants, charming streets and the lovely cathedral. The service by the host was really good, meeting us at the apartment and being responsive to earlier requests.
