Welcome to Lazy Days Lakefront Retreat!

Wait until you see the view! Whether you’re sipping your morning coffee, enjoying an afternoon swim, or simply unwinding by the water, this lakefront retreat offers the perfect “Lake Life” getaway on historic Lake Granbury. Accommodating up to six guests, this home is located on the main part of the lake (not a canal), providing stunning waterfront views.

The Space

You’ll have full access to the entire home, which includes:
    •    Two bedrooms & two full bathrooms
    •    Primary Bedroom: King bed, full closet, and a sunroom.
    •    Secondary Bedroom: Two twin beds (can be pushed together to form a king).
    •    Living Room: Sleeper sofa for two.
    •    Spacious living & dining areas with lake views from both bedrooms.
    •    Fully stocked kitchen with a full-size fridge, stovetop, oven, microwave, K-Cup coffee maker (with coffee and sweeteners provided), pots, pans, dishes, mugs, wine glasses, and more.
    •    Washer & dryer for your convenience.
    •    High-speed Wi-Fi & Smart TV with an Amazon Fire Stick (log in to your own streaming accounts).
    •    Work area for those needing to stay connected.

Great place for a family vacation!!

We enjoyed staying here with our kids. It was very clean, and the best part is the river being right outside in the backyard, so you can fish whenever you want. The owner of the property is also very nice and made sure that we were comfortable during our stay!! We will definitely be coming back

Awesome weekend with family

Comfy house, awesome waterfront location, fully equipped. King bed was so comfortable. Wife and I stayed the nights and we had family visit for Lake day/Sunday. We rented a boat and also enjoyed floating in tubes off the dock. Owner was spot-on responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. We will be back !!

Highly recommend

This is a great property right on the water. The furniture and beds are very comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. We spent most of the time on the back porch enjoying the view. We will definitely stay here again.

Lake Life at its Best!

Our stay was relaxing and enjoyable. The property was charming, clean and well-appointed with everything the we needed for our stay. We appreciated the open back yard bordering the lake. We enjoyed the stunning lake views and watching the sun rise while sipping a cup of coffee. We'd like to thank our gracious host for making the property available, and we hope to visit again soon!

Love it!

This is the most comfortable place we have ever stayed in! The location and privacy is great! The king size bed is sooo comfortable! Great place to swim and fish … Caught catfish and perch. The home is very nice and comfortable with a full kitchen w/ everything you need. There is an outdoor charcoal grill for use as well. This is our 3rd trip here and will be back! The host is wonderful with communication! They are the best hosts we have ever had. The photos you see online to rent this property are spot on.

Lady’s Birthday Weekend

Gregg is a superb host! Very attentive, helpful and communicative! The lake view is wonderful as is the immense outdoor spaces to relax. Close to Stumpys and the town square. Would highly recommend and will definitely be staying here again.

Great getaway!

Perfect little place for a weekend getaway with the kids! Everything is clean, well stocked as far as kitchen implements and amenities. Plenty of towels, and very reasonable property requests, such as washing your own dishes (no dishwasher on property, I feel this cuts down on the amount of filth left for the cleaning service). Owner was very communicative and helpful. If you don’t have a boat, there’s two convenient ladders into the lake from the dock for swimming. We enjoyed plenty of water time, brought a couple of floats and utilized a couple of the life preservers for floating. Wonderful deck area with comfortable furniture to drink coffee in the morning, enjoying the cooler temps and beautiful view. We will definitely be visiting again, it was a wonderful weekend, and the ease of access to everything made this place ideal.

Best Property on Lake Granbury

This property is one the best deals on lake Granbury. The house is clean, the view is great, the swimming is awesome and the privacy is perfect. Even if you're not boating, there is enough action on the lake to make you feel like you're part of things. The property is also a ten minute drive to the best parts of Granbury. We will be coming back to this Property as long as its available.

Serene home right on Lake Granbury

We’ve stayed twice and each time the home was immaculate inside and out. Beds are comfy, bathrooms roomy, and kitchen fully stocked. Outside extensive decking and dock with boat lift, along with grass area add to its appeal. You won’t be disappointed
