Welcome to Kicking Horse Chalet, the perfect spot for family fun and adventure! Our cozy condo offers true ski-in/ski-out access via the Kicking Horse Lift right by the parking lot. Watch the kids ski or bike while you relax in the FREE hot tub, or unwind by the wood-burning fireplace with your favorite show. With sleeping for up to 8 guests and access to amazing year-round activities, this is your home base for lasting memories in the Colorado Rockies.

Located just 20 minutes past Winter Park on highway 40, Granby Ranch is one of Colorado's best kept secrets. We chose this location due to the significant number of activities available year-round and the relaxing atmosphere due to the absence of large crowds found at the larger resorts. Whether it's skiing, tubing, hiking or biking, golfing, fishing, or just kicking back and relaxing, you can find it all here in Granby Ranch.

Guests will have access to everything that our home has to offer! All rooms, cozy furnishings, towels and linens. Free parking is available in the large parking lot. A storage locker for ski and golf equipment is available for your use right outside the condo entrance. The kitchen, all living & sleeping areas and patio are available for your full use.

In addition, guests have free access to the Inn at SilverCreek fitness center (5 minute drive), which features heated indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, a fitness room and racquetball court that are available year-round.

Step inside this welcoming mountain retreat designed with families in mind. The open-concept living space features a wood-burning fireplace, comfortable seating, and a Smart TV for cozy evenings after a day on the mountain. The fully equipped kitchen flows into the dining area, perfect for sharing meals and stories around the table.

The real adventure is just outside. The private Kicking Horse Lift right next to the parking lot, meaning your family can ski at their own pace without coordinating drop-offs or shuttles. Skiers can hop on and off the lift throughout the day while the rest of the family enjoys the community patio, hot tub, and fire pit with front-row views of the action. This setup is ideal for multigenerational trips where everyone can enjoy the mountain their own way. With three sleeping areas provide comfortable sleeping for 8 guests plus a pack-n-play for the baby.

In addition to the heated patio with adirondack chairs,fire pit,barbeque grill and hot tub area at the condo, guests have free access to the pools, hot tubs, and fitness center at the Inn at Silvercreek, just a few minutes down the road.

Whether you're here for winter skiing or summer golf, hiking, or biking, you'll find year-round adventure right at your doorstep.
