Poppa’s Place is a spacious and clean 2 bedroom/2 bathroom, 1st floor condo in an ideal location, a 2 min drive from the Granby Ranch base lodge, which allows for quick and easy access to the ski lifts at Granby Ranch, hiking and biking trails, world class golfing and fishing. Minutes from downtown Granby, Grand Lake, Rocky Mountain National Park and Winter Park, making it the perfect spot for your Grand County adventures. The Winter Park Lift Teal Line stops just across the street at the Silver Creek Inn providing mountain and town transportation.

Located within the Aspen Meadows condo complex, Poppa’s Place has much to offer. This spacious, 1st floor unit has river, meadow and mountain views, as well as everything you need for a comfortable stay (updated finishes, tasteful furniture, modern electronics, items for babies/toddlers/kids and grill). Perfect for families, this property can sleep up to 8 in the two bedrooms and the pull-out sofa in the living room. The condo is stocked with baby/toddler/kid essentials including a pack-n-play, highchair, kids plastic dishes and utensils, books, and games.

Parking is a cinch with ample available parking outside the unit. A private one car garage is provided to guests to park and store their gear. NOTE: This unit is on the first floor and is a good fit for anyone with mobility issues.

The condo is outfitted with a gas fireplace, ideal for warming up after a day in the snow with a soft, cozy throw blanket, wisps of steam rolling off your hot cup of tea, warming you right up! The fully-equipped kitchen and open concept living/dining area provides ample room for your group to lounge and recount the day's adventures. A patio overlooking the surrounding meadow and mountains provides space to fire up the grill or relax and enjoy the incredible view.

After a long day on the slopes, you can soak in the Aspen Meadows community hot tubs located steps away from your condo (no fee) or head over to the Granby Ranch clubhouse to take a dip in the heated community pool and large hot tub or exercise at the fitness center (3 minute drive, fee applies). To use the Granby Ranch clubhouse facilities, short term renters staying in the home must purchase a $10 day pass (per person over 8) via credit card at the Ranch Hall to use the facilities. All children 8 and under are free. The pass is good for the entire day. Renters must present documents that show they are staying in a full benefit member home in order to purchase a pass. A VRBO/Airbnb or any other type of reservation confirmation with address of the home will work as proof.

There are also two stone fire pits located conveniently within the Aspen Meadows community for gathering with friends and s’more roasting (firewood provided). Once inside the condo, you’ll be ready to relax and enjoy your favorite show or game on one of the 3 TVs (one in the main living area and one in each bedroom) or gather in the common area and enjoy the array of games available for kids and adults.

Kitchen:
The kitchen has all you will need for preparing meals including full size appliances and utensils. Included in the kitchen are supplies for cooking and baking, including high-end cookware, utensils and knives. Dishes and glassware, as well as a crock pot, dutch oven, toaster, and griddle are also available in this fully stocked kitchen. This unit also provides a tea kettle, french press, and a drip coffee maker.

Sleeping arrangements:
● Primary Suite (sleeping 2): features a king size bed, en suite bathroom, TV, mountain views and walk-in closet
● 2nd bedroom (sleeping 4): twin over full bunk beds and a futon chair that pulls out to a twin size bed, TV, mountain views
● Living Area (sleeping 2): Queen sleeper sofa in living area, TV
● 2 full bathrooms, both include a tub and shower
