“This hotel charged my card daily for the stay. Which is weird. My back through the second charge was fraud, so they declined the second day. I received an elderly from the hotel. No explanation in the elderly as to why they were billing me daily. I stopped by the desk and was told that ‘some’ patrons leave and don’t pay the bill. Like how does that happen???? “All in all it was a pleasant stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the indoor pool was nice. The only issues we had were that the key reader on our door required multiple attempts before unlocking the door and the beds were a little too firm. I will still book with them again, though. ”
