Välkommen till The Gateway Cottage! Vår vackra exklusiva 1765 sf "stuga" färdigställdes 2008 ligger på över 7000 "höjd i en naturlig miljö på en lugn tunn kyla tallar i norra Arizona. Vi ligger bara några minuter öster om Williams, porten till Grand Canyon, där du hittar gott om shopping för det mesta du behöver. Det är en enkel 45 minuters / 60 mils bilresa till den södra kanten av Grand Canyon, och med Flagstaff 25 minuter och Sedona en timme bort är detta ett fantastiskt centralt läge !! Den smakfullt inredda inredningen inkluderar 2 KING sovrum och 2 fulla bad samt ett sovloft med en QUEEN-säng och en TWIN-säng, samt en QUEEN-bäddsoffa och pack-n-play-spjälsäng rymmer bekvämt upp till 9 vuxna gäster. Senaste uppdateringar har gjorts med nya gardiner i vardagsrum och sovrum och nya täcken på sängar på loft, ny mikrovågsugn och ny 43 "UHD-TV i sovrummet i nedre våningen, nytt Dishnet Hopper satellit-tv-system 2/11/19, färsk interiörfärg februari 2019 , alltid pågående uppdateringar och uppgraderingar för att hålla vårt hem uppdaterat. Se stjärnorna genom takfönstren från king size-sängen i befälhavaren och drottningssängen på loftet. Båda sovrummen har en tv och en DVD-spelare. Det fullt utrustade köket innehåller allt du behöver, ta med dina matvaror och laga en enkel eller gourmetmåltid. Tvättstugan har sängkläder och handdukar. Utomhus avkoppling på däck, eldstaden eller verandan. Det finns en fast linje (telefon) i huset för lokala samtal. Roliga aktiviteter (vinter och sommar) finns i närheten, inklusive Grand Canyon, Sedona, Grand Canyon Railway / Polar Express, Bearizona och Deer Farm, samt museer, observatorier och friluftsliv som fiske, vandring, skidåkning, pulka och mer . The home was well decorated, maintained and equipped. Close proximity to Williams but far enough away to feel like you are away from it all. We spent a lot of time on the front porch. Owner was responsive, one of the best VRBOs I have stayed in.

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying in this cozy, comfortable cabin. My family wanted to feel like we were in the middle of the woods while still being conveniently located to Williams and Flagstaff and this checked that box perfectly. Merrie was so easy to work with when we had to modify our reservation. We’re already talking about when we can go back.

Super cozy and great cabin! There were 6 adults in total in our family staying. The location was perfect for the sightseeing we wanted to do in Sedona and Grand Canyon National Park. Williamson was also a great little town. The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed. We would absolutely stay again and would recommend it to a friend. The only slight issue we had was not the fault of the host but our maps kept saying the house was further down the street than where it was actually located. We had some issues finding it the first time because it was night time. Just something to keep in mind if you do book this place! But overall we loved this place!!! The hosts are wonderful!

Wonderful house with a helpful, communicative host! It has the vibe of an older cabin, but the updated furnishings and great condition made it feel fresh and comfortable. Even the pull-out bed was nice. The house is located in a very quiet location in the woods where you can really see the stars. Do note that the roads to the house are not paved, but that wasn’t an issue for us; and make sure before you check out that you clean the kitchen.

The cabin worked perfectly for our trip to the Grand Canyon and surrounding area. The cabin was clean and cozy and we really enjoyed the front and back covered porches. We sat by the bonfire one night and that was a lot of fun. We cooked several meals at home and the kitchen worked perfectly and was well stocked. We loved watching the Stellar Jays and squirrels every morning play near the back patio.

Die Unterkunft war toll. Wir waren zu fünft und hatten genügend Schlafmöglichkeiten. Der Kontakt zum Gastgeber war einfach. Allerdings war uns bei der Buchung nicht bekannt, dass trotz der Lage im Wald reger Bahnverkehr herrscht. Die Bahn fuhr alle 20 Minuten, auch in der Nacht. Die Bahn war deutlich zu hören und ist bei einem leichten Schlaf nicht zu empfehlen, Schade.

Really beautiful property. However there’s a train that runs at night several times and unfortunately sleeping through the night was an issue for a few of us. For context the train tracks are about a 3 minute car ride away. Keep that in mind if you’re a light sleeper. Otherwise, great location if you’re heading to the Grand Canyon or any of the local attractions. The kids loved the play set. The cleaning fee is 150 which was a bit annoying considering you have to leave the kitchen spotless as opposed to other rentals where you can typically at least clean up the kitchen and leave the dishwasher running but here everything needs to be dried and put away before you leave. A small nuisance. We found several of other people’s socks while staying, but other than that the property was clean.

Property is located in a very quiet, secluded, forested neighborhood. Interior is decorated beautifully and had a plethora of kitchen amenities, pitss, pans, appliances, spices, etc...coffee, tea, cocoa, selection was excellent. This home was soo beautiful and felt homey. A very clean and fully stocked home for a great stay. We were close to town if needed to go get groceries. Close to Deer farm and Bear Country! This place was just as pictured. Very nice, CLEAN, and the beds very comfortable. Worked great for our family. They could have the whole loft and king bedroom with balcony off it for a place to go and have to themselves. House very roomy and the. Kitchen was well stocked. Great Family Getaway

This was our second time staying at the cabin and it was as great as the first time! The kitchen has everything you need, comfortable furniture and plenty of room at the table for the 8 of us. The kids love the loft and having 2 rooms both with king size beds is a huge plus! We enjoyed siting on the rocking chairs on the front porch and having dinner on the back deck. The cabin is so welcoming. I know we'll be back!

Great stay

This cabin was a surprise! It is much nicer than the pictures show. We had 4 adults and 5 kids that stayed and it worked out great for all of us. The kitchen has more than you need to fix meals and the beds were very comfortable. We will be back again.
